I've always wanted to make a living wreath, but never seemed to have the time. To my surprise, though, it didn't actually take a lot of time and it was really fun. I just took my 16 inch Mosser Lee wreath to the greenhouse to pick out plants. I had no idea what to use, but the people there were very helpful and told me that succulents would work well for this. When I got home, I soaked my wreath in water, took it out, put it on my work bench and started putting plants in the wreath. To make room for each plant root, I stuck a pencil in the wreath to make a hole. I had in my mind what I wanted to go where, but it kind of took on a life of its own once I got going. Here it is on my work bench. I think it looks pretty good.
